Mid-South Credit Solutions LLC is a registered Credit Repair Services Organization operating in compliance with the Arkansas Credit Repair Services Organizations Act (Ark. Code § 4-91-201 et seq.) and the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA). 

• Consumer Right to Free Self-Dispute: You have a legal right to dispute inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information in your credit file directly with the credit bureaus yourself, for free, under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. You are not required to hire a third party to perform this service. Free weekly credit reports can be requested directly by consumers at Annual Credit Report.

• You have the right to cancel your contract with us, without any penalty or obligation, at any time within five (5) days from the date the contract is signed.

• If you cancel your agreement within ten (10) days from the date of signing, you are legally entitled to a full refund of any monies paid. 

• Accurate, verified, and timely negative information cannot legally be removed from a credit report. We cannot guarantee specific credit score increases or explicit removal outcomes.

• Mid-South Credit Solutions LLC maintains the legally required $10,000 surety bond filed with the Arkansas Secretary of State.
